Adam Sharpe |
Adam Sharpe is the Publishing Director for IEG Vu and IEG Policy. He joined Informa in 2007 and was previously Editor of Agra Europe (now part of IEG Policy) as well as Deputy Editor of Foodnews and Senior Reporter for The Public Ledger – both of which are now part of IEG Vu. Adam specializes in a range of topics in the agribusiness sphere including trade, policy and legislation, and the impact of Brexit on the UK and EU farming sectors. Before he became a journalist, Adam worked in the marketing sector for a number of leading UK and multinational companies. He has a BA (Hons) degree in management from the University of Brighton. |

Neil Murray |
Neil Murray has been working for Informa since September 2001. He originally trained as a lawyer, studying at the universities of Sussex and Grenoble (France), and then the College of Law, but gave it up to become a journalist. Prior to joining Foodnews, he spent 10 years as editor of a frozen foods industry title, and has also edited a logistics magazine, a commercial vehicle journal (for which he had to get his truck driver’s licence), a motorcycle industry title, and a market-leading consumer ski magazine. His core area of expertise on IEG Vu is the global market for fruit juices and concentrates. |

Sandra Boga |
Sandra Boga has over 10 years of commodities reporting experience. She joined Informa in 2013, after spending 5 years as a senior reporter in the steel commodities sector based both in London and São Paulo. Her specialist area at IEG Vu is currently the cocoa market, however, other areas of expertise include sugar, coffee and grains. Sandra created the template for Market Reports across the grains, oilseeds and softs sectors at IEG Vu, which cover price analysis, supply, demand and outlooks. Sandra regularly covers key global events across Europe, Latin America and Asia, providing in-depth, extensive coverage and live tweets for her followers. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. |

Julian Gale |
Julian has been a specialist commodities reporter with Informa since 2001, covering many of the key agricultural commodities. He currently reports on the global dried fruit and nut, spices and exotics market sectors for IEG Vu. Major broadcasters, including the BBC, have called on him a number of times to provide expert comment on the markets in radio interviews. He has extensive experience in business journalism, having previously worked for trade magazine publisher and exhibitions organiser Miller Freeman. He is a BA Honours graduate in Radio, Film and Television. |

Max Green |
Max writes on a range of issues affecting the meat and livestock industry for IEG Policy and IEG Vu. He began overseeing Agra Europe’s coverage of the sector in 2010 after eight years editing other Informa titles. He previously lived and studied in South America and has worked on specialised meat and animal feed newsletters for Brazil’s Informa Economics FNP and Germany-based FO Licht. He has two Masters degrees – one from the University of London and the other from Brunel University. As well as market trends, he likes to explore the intersection between trade, politics and regulations on animal health and welfare. He most often writes about developments in the EU, but really enjoys uncovering news from further afield, especially Latin America, Asia and Russia. |

Gary covers global news in the grains and oilseeds markets from London, covering topics from policy through to production and trade. Prior to joining IEG Vu in 2017, Gary covered the maritime industry as News Editor for sister title Lloyd’s List, co-ordinating an international team of journalists. Gary’s time as News Editor came after 6 years as a journalist, covering all aspects of the maritime industry, during which time his work on international sanctions and their effect on shipping in the Crimea was recognised with an industry award. He brings his knowledge of maritime trade and the wider maritime industry to the agricultural world, keeping an eye on the supply and demand balances in agricultural commodities and the shipping world. Before joining Informa in 2015, Gary worked as a news reporter and correspondent for Seatrade Maritime News, and has experience controlling editorial input for conferences and events. A keen weightlifter and video gamer, Gary is an occasional contributor of video game reviews and industry analysis pieces to online publications. |

Estela is IEG Vu’s specialist reporter on canned foods, covering the markets for a range of products including canned fruits, vegetables, fish and meat. Originally hailing from the small town of Pastrana in central Spain, Estela studied at the Complutense University of Madrid and worked as a local news reporter before moving to London in 2012. Her interests include photography, video editing and international relations. |

Jana Sutenko joined the IEG Vu team in September 2017 as a News Analyst. Her primary areas of expertise are the dairy markets and processed commodities channels. Originally from Lithuania, Jana speaks a number of languages fluently, allowing her to have a special insight in the agri-food markets of eastern Europe, Russia and the EU. She has a BA in International Journalism and an MA in International Relations from universities in Liverpool and London, UK and has produced content on a range of subjects across a variety of multimedia platforms. |
