Sanjiv Rana is Editor in Chief of Agrow, the online service for crop protection intelligence. As well as compiling overviews of the global industry, Sanjiv manages Agrow’s Ask the Analyst service for responding to customer queries.

Covering business, regulatory and product news in Europe and Asia, Sanjiv has a good overview of the global industry and often presents at industry conferences, in addition to writing special Agrow supplements.

He also helped to establish, and now spearheads the Agrow Awards, the only global awards for the industry, which have been running since 2007.

After achieving an MBA degree, Sanjiv worked in the agrochemical industry for 3 years. He then studied for a master’s degree in English Literature, before becoming a journalist and earning an MA in International Journalism.
