The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has sanctioned the Chinese exporter Shandong Jinxiang Zhengyang Import & Export and another six companies after determining that it sold Chinese fresh garlic at less than normal value during a period of review (POR) between November 1 2016 and October 31 2017.
