The free trade agreement (FTA) signed by Brussels with the Mercosur countries (Argentine, Brazilian, Paraguayan and Uruguayan) will let frozen potatoes enter the Latin America markets tariff-free but will not lift the anti-dumping duties imposed by Brazil on European exporters.
