According to a report released by the commercial real estate company CBRE group, the current 3.6 billion cubic feet (an estimated 214 mln sq. ft.)  of refrigerated warehouses will not be enough to store fresh and frozen food, as online grocery sales are expected to grow by 3% in the next three years to USD100 billion.
