Orange juice exports fall by 14% in the first 10 months of the 2018/19 season

According to CitrusBR, total Brazilian exports of orange juice, both FCOJ and NFC, fell by 14% in volume and 13% in revenue in the 10 months of the 2018/2019 crop, between July of the last year and April of this year.

In this season up to April this year, 806,957 tonnes were exported, and revenues fell to UDS1.4 billion. Brazilian exports of FCOJ in the 10 months of 2018/2019 totaled 573,154 tonnes, a decline of 20% compared with the same period of 2017/2018. Revenues were USD1.07 bln, 16% lower than the same period of the previous crop.
