The Codex committee on spices and culinary herbs (CCSCH) is set to debate about draft standards on spices and herbs such as ginger, chilli, paprika, basil, nutmeg, cloves, saffron, oregano, turmeric and cardamom in its fourth session, holding in Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala, India) from January 21-25.
