Chicken of the Sea settles antitrust claims with 30 US retailers

The class-action lawsuit filed in 2017 by the US grocery wholesaler Walmart against three tuna canning giants Bumble Bee, Starkist and Chicken of the Sea was only resolved for the latter

In addition to the joint venture created between Chicken of the Sea International (COSI) and Walmart last year, the seafood canner recently announced agreements with other 29 US retailers and distributors in order to resolve their antitrust claims.
