Raspberry prices to increase, Serbian government says

A large raspberry buyer in Serbia, who kept the [advance] purchase price at around RSD100-110 (USD0.98-1.07) per kilo throughout this season, “recently raised prices to RSD162/kg and intends to pay this price to all those who delivered their fruit - regardless of whether they delivered it for RSD100-110/kg,” said Serbia’s agriculture minister Branislav Nedimovic on August 7.
