The harvest of Thompson seedless raisins is likely to begin in the last week of August. Sugar levels of Thompson seedless grapes on July 5 showed brix levels between 10-11 degrees, which puts them on track to reach 20-21 degrees (the desired level for picking the grapes for making raisins) around the end of August.
