Hog and cattle evolution favor the consumption of chicken meat

The continuous evolution of the prices of beef in the field strongly affected consumers. The Fipe price survey showed increase of 4.3% in the prices of this protein in November, the highest of the year.

Pork also continues to be high in the supermarkets, with an evolution of 3.6%. It was 5.5% in October. This reduction occurs due to the drop in prices of hog in farms.

The protein with the most accessible price to consumers is chicken meat, whose prices remain stable in November against October. However, chicken meat increased 5.9% to consumers in September.
