Aurora starts exports to Japan in August
No haste: calm is required to earn credibility and trust for Brazilian pork on the Japanese market. This is the recommendation from the general export manager at Coopercentral Aurora Alimentos, Dilvo Casagranda, announcing the first pork exports to Japan in August.
The export team works with the quality, production planning and industry areas, under the guidance of clients, to decide the standards of cuts and packaging.
The president, Mario Lanznaster, notes that Brazil is competitive in sanitation, its modern industrial plant structure, price, quality and punctuality, proven in the supply of chicken for over 30 years.
The United States, Canada and Chile will continue to ship 300,000 tons of chilled meat, which Brazil is not able to supply because of logistics problems, mainly the distance between Brazil and Japan.
