Backstage, Mantega and JBS closely follow BRF case

Since the Abilio Diniz's name was put forward to be chairman of the board of BRF, a month and a half ago, behind the scenes there has been a lot of politicking between the funds that control the company, BRF's competitors, and the government. At the heart of the matter is the decision by Petros, the pension fund for employees of Petrobras, to support Diniz, or not. Diniz is likely to be elected on April 9 at the shareholders' meeting, with the support of the Tarpon and Previ funds, partners in BRF.
