BSE in the USA is not a health risk, says South Korea

A South Korean delegation said on Friday (May 11) that beef from the USA, which announced an outbreak of mad cow disease in California in April, represents no risk to human health. Inspectors from South Koreans spent twelve days visit farms, laboratories and slaughterhouses in the USA to verify measures adopted in the country against the disease.
