Analysis: EU decision on labelling of cloned meat moves nearer

Nevertheless, Andriukaitis pointed out to MEPs at the joint hearing on cloning that the Agriculture and Environment, Public Health and Food Safety hosted on February 23 that labelling of food from offspring and descendants was “costly and difficult.”  He said that the report was expected to look at the impact that such labelling could have, Agra Europe's sister title EU Food Law reports.
