AMERICAN canning company, Glory Foods, has re-launched a line of low-sodium produce called “Sensibly Seasoned”. The products, which are also low in saturated fat and cholesterol, will include a variety of pulses, greens and tomatoes. They will retain the “delicious southern flavour” for which they are known, vice president Dan Charna said. This line indicates that consumers are becoming more health-conscious and more aware of what ingredients are used in processed foods.
