UK DRIED fruit and nuts producer, Zeina Foods, has secured several product listings with Suma, a specialist food wholesaler-distributor. Following the launch of the Zeina Love Our Foods 200g packs of flavoured nuts, the company announced that a selection of the products would be featured in Suma's catalogue, with the snacks predicted to be popular in the run-up to Christmas. The range being listed by Suma includes basil/garlic cashews, fiery chilli/lime cashews, sweet maple cashews and toffee almonds & hazelnuts, as well as 850g baklava. Suma specialises in vegetarian, fair trade, organic, ethical and natural food and non-food products, and has over 4 000 customers, both industrial retailers and wholesalers. Zeina Foods' products are also available from Makro and other major outlets across the UK. During the summer the company announced it was making a major investment in storage, boosting its capacity by 70%(FOODNEWS 20 August) .
