UU cuts anti-dumping duty in Vietnamese shrimp

IN RESPONSE to the US Court of International Trade's decision, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) has agreed to adjust the level of anti-dumping tariffs on frozen shrimp imported from Vietnam between 1 February 2006 and 31 January 2007, and 22 of the country's exporters will now enjoy a token tariff of 0.01%. Earlier tariffs were between 1.52-3.92%.
