This article was originally published in Dairy Markets

Arla Sweden issued a warning on January 27 that milk with traces of dish soap had been shipped from its facility in Gothenberg - resulting in nitrate levels of 500mg per kilo, well above the 150mg limit set by Sweden's National Food Administration. Around 300 containers of the tainted milk were sent to stores in western Sweden.
