Jersey Dairy increases wholesale milk prices

Jersey Dairy has increased the wholesale price of a litre of milk by 5 pence (€0.06/l), according to BBC News reports. This is the second price hike this year, following a 2 pence rise in February. Retailers are to decide for themselves if they want to pass on the price increases to their customers. Before the February increase, the wholesale price of Jersey milk last changed in 2002.
