Strawberry is dairy flavour of the yearThis article was originally published in Dairy Markets
Strawberry and chocolate were the most popular single flavours of new milk and yoghurt drinks launched worldwide in the 12 months to February, according to Datamonitor's Productscan database. Strawberry was just ahead of chocolate. The overall favourite was "blend," which topped the list of the most used flavours in new milk and yoghurt drinks. Vanilla was in fourth place, replacing peach in a previous list of favourites, which moves down to No. 7. Pineapple is the only new entrant to the Datamonitor list, making an appearance in joint ninth position.
