Serbian dairy export subsidy rates fixed

This article was originally published in Dairy Markets

Exporters of milk, cream, butter and cheese will receive 20% of the value of their shipments in the form of government subsidies, it was announced last week. Exporters will have to wait until 180 days after the produce has been exported before they can collect their payments. But the export subsidy is invalid for products exported to members of the Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA).
