Ukraine to allow grain exports from port silos

UKRAINE'S government will allow traders to export around 837,000 tonnes of grain accumulated in port silos, the Agriculture Ministry said today. The Ministry stated that the total includes 227,000 tonnes of wheat, 586,000 tonnes of barley and 23,000 tonnes of maize. "About 79,000 tonnes of grain are in poor state and 300,000 tonnes in critical state," it added.
