MOST soft commodity futures contracts trading on ICE Futures US will temporarily begin trading one hour later than usual, for five days starting October 27, due to international time changes. Electronically traded sugar No.11, coffee C, robusta coffee and cotton No.2 contracts will open for trading at 3:30am US Eastern Time, rather than 2:30am. Cocoa contracts will open at 5:00am ET, instead of the normal 4:00am, ICE said. The temporary change is due to the impact of different dates for the end of US Daylight Savings Time and British Summer Time. Opening times will revert to the normal time for each product after this period, ICE said.
