Move into peach juice

HAISHENG, China's largest apple juice processor, is to extend its portfolio of juices with red grape juice and peach concentrates. A spokesperson for the company told FOODNEWS that the new juices will be produced at its plant near Dalian, adding that the grape and peach harvest times would allow the company to make use of its giant facility while it is lying idle and not processing apple. New lines are to be added to process the juices. The peach concentrate will be about 32 brix, cloudy, and offered from either white or yellow peach varieties. Haisheng also recently announced its diversification into clear strawberry concentrate.
