KUBO Ice Cream, the producer of Romania's Amicii brand of ice cream, could be taken over by a foreign private equity fund for €20 million, according to Ziarul Financiar .The three Kubo shareholders, Florin Rosescu, Vasile Mancas and Constantin Brau Ros, are reported to be in advanced talks with Austrian private equity fund Capexit, which does not yet have a presence on the local market. Several multi-nationals have shown an interest in acquiring Kubo, valued at around €20 million.
