CARGILL has introduced a new fruit stabiliser. Claimed to be ideal for application in multiple dessert recipes, the new sauce is based on Cargill's Unipectine OF 805, a product offering specific functionalities thanks to the combination of apple and citrus pectins in its formulation. It can be used as a fruit topping on desserts or ice creams, or a fruity flan, or to make a fruit smoothie in seconds when mixed with milk (80:20), whether full-fat, semiskimmed or skimmed.
