UGANDAN exports of frozen and chilled fish fillets to the EU have failed to meet the annual quota of 60 000 tonnes, according to Prosie Kibaki, an official of the country's investment authority. She attributes the failure largely to illegal harvesting and exports of immature fish to regional markets.
