GERMAN fruit processor and preparations maker, Wild, has been accredited by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle Chemie as an independent test laboratory in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2005. Analyses of ingredients, food and beverages carried out by Wild Global Analytical Services comply with international quality standards and involve testing products for ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, types of sugar, sweeteners or preservatives. In addition, samples from storage tests are examined to determine the breakdown of ingredients. Wild also tests functional ingredients, such as polyphenolics and athocyanins, and has developed new methods of analysis for these.
