COCA-Cola Amatil (CCA) will spend up to A$140 million expanding production capacity and warehousing at its facility outside Sydney, Australia, as its main bottling operation at Northmead is reaching capacity. The development will comprise a new warehouse and space for up to three new production lines. CCA, which is 32% owned by Coca-Cola, has diversified in recent years into bottled water, fruit juice, coffee, iced teas and packaged ready-to-eat fruit and vegetable products.
