BRITVIC and Pernod Ricard are launching a 'dual branded servings campaign' in the UK to up the profitability of mixed spirits in the on-trade. It will co-promote spirits and respective mixers with a completed price for the whole, finished drink, with point of sale posters and displays According to Pernod and Britvic, 78% of all on-trade spirit sales are mixed with a soft drink and, according to Nelsen, 42% of consumers would consider a spirit and mixer if the price was inclusive and clearly displayed.
