VINICOLA Garibaldi co-operative, located in Brazil's Rio Grande do Sul province, increased its sales in Paraná, its third largest market, by 50% over the past three years, according to the company. Oscar Ló, president of the co-operative, said: "In the north of the state we grew more, doubling our sales in this region. We have a very special presence in Paraná, with our products present at the main state events." Meanwhile, at Brazil's ABAD 2010 food fair, Garibaldi launched a new sparkling semi-dry white wine, joining its complete line of still and sparkling wines, including its Garibaldi Moscatel sparkling.
