Marubeni aims to triple feed wheat buying from Russia

JAPANESE trading giant Marubeni has signed a deal that aims to triple its Russian feed wheat imports.

The company has established an alliance with Khabarovsk- based grain collection company Amurzerno and Vladivostok-based export terminal operator Fetexim to raise imports to as much as 150,000 metric tonnes in the year to March 31, 2011, from 50,000 tonnes a year earlier.
