ARMAJARO has signed an agreement with the government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and set up a company there to support cocoa farming on the islands. Saint Vincent Cocoa Company will jointly provide training and credit to help with land rehabilitation, inputs and irrigation for farmers moving from production of other commodities to cocoa. This includes demonstration farms, cocoa nurseries and fermentation stations.
