Soya planting finished in key states

PLANTING of Brazil's 2010/11 soyabean crop is now complete in the top two soya states of Mato Grosso and Parana, but dry weather that slowed sowing this year could delay some of the harvest, analyst Celeres said. Celeres explained that Rio Grande do Sul lagged behind with 91% of the crop planted. The total area planted across Brazil rose to 97%.
