São Paulo orange harvest down by 5%, says fifth state estimate

ORANGE producers in Brazil’s São Paulo state are expected to harvest 363.15 million (40.8kg) boxes of oranges in the current 2012/13 production season. This is 5.6% less than the 384.87 million boxes harvested in 2011/12, according to the state government in its fifth harvest forecast on 29 August.
