BULGARIAN dairy products will be able to enter the US duty-free, under a quota system from 2013, now that the country is part of the EU. Before being allowed into the quotas, Bulgaria and Romania had to hold talks with the US within the World Trade Organization (WTO). These were concluded a few days ago, according to a statement from the Bulgarian State Fund Agriculture (SFA). Bulgarian producers can participate in exports of brined cheeses which have a quota of over 4 300 tonnes.
