THE UAE’s biggest dairy and juice manufacturer is planning massive expansion, intended to double its output, for 2012. Al Ain Dairy plans to invest AED100 million (USD27.2 million) in a new cow farm while another AED150 million will be spent on expanding the company’s factory, according to chief executive, Abdullah Saif Al Darmaki. He said the company has also invested nearly AED3.0 million on a new camel milking parlour. The company is planning to introduce new products in 2012, including a range of camel milk ice creams.
