CHILEAN prunes are priced at around USD2.65 for pitted and USD2.10 for un-pitted fob Chile, according to the latest Food Institute Report . Dried golden prunes are expected to come on stream in late November and are priced at USD6.50/lb fob Thailand. Other fruit such as dried sweet diced mangoes are now USD2.05/lb, while dried sweet sliced mangoes are USD2.15/lb fob Thailand. Low sugar and no dye versions are price at USD2.20-2.25. Dried sweet apple slices are set at USD2.50/lb fob Thailand, and Chinese sweet diced apples are priced at USD2.75/lb. Fuji dried apple rings are now USD2.50/lb. US dried apple rings are USD3.50/lb, ex-warehouse New Jersey.
