NIPPY’s, a fruit juice manufacturer based in South Australia, is to increase its orange juice production by 25% after winning a contract to supply the Woolworth supermarket chain with 3-litre jugs of its orange juice. This will provide a significant boost to citrus growers in the Riverland region, where Nippy’s sources its fruit. The announcement comes as Nippy’s plans an AUD9.9 million (USD9.8 million) expansion of its plants at Waikerie and Moorook in the Riverland, and Regency Park in Adelaide.
