CHEERWINE, a US soft drinks maker best known for its cherry-flavoured beverage, has signed a distribution deal with PepsiCo to expand distribution in the states of Atlanta, Memphis and Florida. Its products will be added to shelves wherever PepsiCo products are sold in the three markets, the company said. The intention is eventually to make Cheerwine a truly national brand by its centenary year of 2017. The move is expected to double Cheerwine’s market size.
