ALEXANDRE Ricard is to step down as chairman and chief executive of Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard (IDPR) in order to join Pernod Ricard's group management team in charge of distribution networks. He will be replaced as head of IDPR by Anna Malmhake , currently marketing director of the group's vodka business, The Absolut Company. Malmhake will report to Thierry Billot , managing director of brands, and will be a member of Pernod Ricard's Paris-based executive board, as will Alexandre Ricard. IDPR produces Jameson whiskey for world export, as well as four of the top ten spirit brands in Ireland.
