Don't panic!

This article was originally published in Foodnews

FOOD consumption patterns across the world are changing, and high prices, followed by health concerns, are the main drivers, according to a poll conducted in 17 countries by the charity Oxfam. Over half the respondents said they were not eating the same food as they did two years ago, with 39% blaming the rising price of food and 33% citing health reasons. High prices were the biggest concern in the UK and Kenya, the Netherlands and Mexico. Health concerns were equally widespread: they were cited as the major issue in both India and the US.
