TWO executives have resigned from Walmart China , the Financial Times reported. Chief financial officer, Roland Lawrence , and chief operating officer, Rob Cissell , have resigned "to explore other opportunities", the newspaper quoted the company as saying. Walmart did not name successors or indicate when the positions might be filled. The US retail giant entered China in August 1996 and currently operates 333 stores there, including 104 stores operated by Trust-Mart. Walmart acquired a 35% stake in Trust-Mart in 2007.
