Now Greece's largest canner

This article was originally published in Foodnews

CHRISTOUDOULO Brothers (CHB) has concluded a strategic agreement, including the joint management of operations and sales of Conex SA, Greece's largest cannery. In addition to expanding CHB's product portfolio, the move will strengthen its canning plant, Vitom, and improve Conex's productivity and cost-effectiveness. Conex's factory has been upgraded and modernised in order to increase productivity and its range of products. CHB (including Vitom and Conex) will expand its range from canned fruit and fruit in glass jars to all kind of fruit juices, concentrates, compounds and fruit preparations. Both plants are ready to work at full capacity as Greece's peach season draws near.
