BRITVIC is spending GBP4.0 million (USD6.5 million) on a TV ad campaign to promote its new Robinsons Double Concentrate, which it says is the first branded double concentrate on the UK market. The drink launched in March in 1.25 litre and 1.75 litre formats across Robinson's regular and no added sugar variants, with a retail price of around GBP2.59 and GBP3.49 per bottle respectively. The bottles include a "new pour control feature and easy-to-grip handle", Britvic said. The Robinsons brand is worth GBP315 million and growing by 2% in the all important UK take-home channel.
