This article was originally published in Foodnews

THE GOVERNMENT of the Philippines is actively supporting Spanish dairy giant Grupo Leche Pascual in its plan to establish a EUR20.0 million (USD28.3 million) yoghurt and soya drinks facility in the country that will serve as a base for exports to Southeast Asia. Adam Sharpe writes: Cristino L. Panlilio, the south east Asian country's trade undersecretary, said Leche Pascual officials are still conducting due diligence.
