INKERMAN International, one of Ukraine's largest wine producers, is to build a new winery. The EUR30 million (USD42 million) plant, with a production capacity of 30 million litres per year, is scheduled for completion at the end of 2012. This follows the purchase by Horizon Capital, a private equity fund, and Hartwall Capital of Finland, of a stake in Inkerman in January. The size of the shareholding and the price have not been disclosed.
