Spanish wines get US launch

SPANISH wine cooperative Bodegas Virgen del Aguila's Agoston wines are being rolled out on the US market by Pelican Brands. Pelican Brands will launch both Agoston's Red Blends – a Garnacha & Syrah and a Tempranillo & Cabernet – in March. The wines will typically retail for USD5.00-7.49 per bottle. The co-operative's vineyards are located in the foothills of the Iberico mountain range and its winery produces close to 10 million litres of wine per year.
